Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm hospitals, doctors, or other users.

Scraping & Bots
Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract data without permission.
4. Bookings and Availability
While we strive to provide accurate, real-time information regarding bed availability, doctor schedules, and surgery package pricing, such information is provided by third-party hospitals and healthcare providers and is subject to change without notice. GetBeds does not guarantee the availability of any bed, appointment slot, or package at the time of booking confirmation.
5. Surgery Packages and Pricing
Surgery package prices displayed on the Platform are indicative estimates based on information provided by partner hospitals. Final pricing may vary based on the patient's medical condition, additional tests, complications, or hospital-specific charges, and will be confirmed directly by the treating hospital prior to the procedure.

GetBeds does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical decisions should be made in consultation with qualified healthcare professionals.

7. Third-Party Hospitals and Providers
GetBeds acts as an intermediary platform connecting patients with independent third-party hospitals, doctors, and healthcare providers. Any disputes regarding medical treatment, billing, or services rendered must be addressed directly with the relevant hospital or provider.
8. Payments

9. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies for bed bookings, appointments, and surgery packages are governed by the respective hospital's or provider's policies. GetBeds will assist in facilitating communication between the patient and the provider but does not directly process medical service refunds unless explicitly stated.
